Digital Ornament Studio (“Digital Ornament Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Digital Ornament Studio mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use the App with a compatible Digital Ornament device.
Digital Ornament Studio is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not require an account or login and does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit your personal information to Digital Ornament Studio servers.

Digital Ornament Studio does not collect personal information through the App.
In particular, the App does not collect or transmit to Digital Ornament Studio:

The App does not require users to create an account or profile.
2. Photos, Videos, GIFs, and Other Media
The App allows you to select compatible media, such as photos, videos, or GIFs, from your device for use with your Digital Ornament.
Media selected through the App is processed locally on your device and transferred locally and directly to your Digital Ornament.
Digital Ornament Studio does not upload your selected media to Digital Ornament Studio servers, cloud storage, analytics services, advertising services, or other third-party servers.
Digital Ornament Studio therefore does not receive, access, store, retain, sell, or share the media you transfer to your Digital Ornament through the App.
Any device permission requested by the App to access photos, videos, or other media is used only to provide the functionality you request.
3. Local Device Communication
The App communicates locally with a compatible Digital Ornament for purposes of transferring content and providing the App’s intended functionality.
This local communication does not transmit your personal information or media to Digital Ornament Studio’s servers.
4. Accounts and Login Information
The App does not require or provide user accounts or login functionality.
Accordingly, Digital Ornament Studio does not collect usernames, passwords, email addresses, or other authentication information through the App.
5. Location Information
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or use your precise or approximate geographic location.
6. Device Identifiers, Analytics, and Diagnostics
The App does not transmit device identifiers to Digital Ornament Studio.
The App does not use third-party analytics services, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, or crash-reporting services that collect information from the App.
7. Advertising and Tracking
Digital Ornament Studio does not use information from the App for advertising or tracking.
The App does not track users across apps, websites, or services owned by other companies.
Digital Ornament Studio does not sell or share personal information collected through the App for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The App does not contain third-party SDKs that collect or transmit personal information on behalf of Digital Ornament Studio.

Media or other information stored locally on your phone or Digital Ornament remains under your control. You may remove locally stored content using the applicable controls provided by your phone, App, or Digital Ornament, as applicable.
Because Digital Ornament Studio does not maintain an App account or server-side repository of your App data, there generally is no App account or server-stored App personal information for Digital Ornament Studio to delete upon request.
11. Permissions and Your Choices
Depending on your device and operating system, the App may request access to device features necessary for its functionality, such as access to photos or media you choose to transfer.
You can manage or revoke applicable App permissions through your device’s operating-system settings.
Revoking a permission may prevent functionality that depends upon that permission from operating correctly.
12. Children’s Privacy
Digital Ornament Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
Because the App does not collect personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, Digital Ornament Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.

No electronic device or method of data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
